Irene is a highly skilled CRNA and APRN who fell in love with aesthetics and creating confidence in each and every one of her patients. Irene has dedicated more than 23 years to medical anesthesia and needle-based procedures.

She knows no two faces are the same, so you can expect a customized experience tailored to your specific needs and concerns. Known for her "gentle touch", Irene is committed to delivering her clients the highest quality care and results.

PRACTICE MANAGER

Our Practice Manager, Jailene, is beyond thrilled to join Luminess Med Spa. While struggling with hormonal acne and skin allergies, she found her passion in skin care and aesthetics. She feels honored to be a part of everyone’s journey at Luminess Med Spa, and to be a part of a team who will help guide patients to the best versions of themselves!

LEAD AESTHETICIAN

Tara is our Lead Aesthetician here at Luminess Med Spa. With over 7 years of experience and a background in Dermatology, Tara is dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty by combining a results driven approach and a holistic perspective that considers the whole body. She believes in individualized care, ensuring that every treatment plan is customized to achieve optimal outcomes for your skin, health and wellbeing.

COSMETOLOGIST

Kelly is a licensed cosmetologist with nearly 15 years of experience. Born and raised in Chicago, she moved to Jacksonville in September 2023 and has fallen love with the sunny weather. She enjoys soaking up the sun, taking extra hot walks, swimming, visiting he beach, and exploring new places around town. She is happily married and has a huge dog who is the light of her life! She still owns her salon in Chicago and visits whenever she is back in town.

She absolutely loves offering brow and lash services. As someone who doesn’t love to wear makeup, she has found that having a few treatments like great brows and a lash lift and tint, and of course a spray tan, makes her feel fantasti every day without much extra effort. She looks forward to building a new clientele here in Jacksonville and meeting new friends along the way!

INJECTOR

Ilona is a highly skilled and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing over 13 years of diverse medical experience to her practice. Passionate about health and wellness, she is dedicated to providing the highest of standards of care and treatment to her clients.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Ilona has completed specialized training with the Esthetics Skin Institute, where she mastered basic toxins and dermal filler injections. Her commitment to ongoing education ensures that she stays at the cutting edge of medical and aesthetic advancements.

GRAPHIC DESIGN/MARKETING

Rashidah is a passionate and creative force with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing from the University of North Florida. Her journey in the world of design and marketing has been sparked by a deep appreciation for art, beauty, and meaningful connections.

Beyond excited to join the Luminess Team, she thrives on building genuine relationships and bringing artistic visions to life. Outside of work, Rashidah finds joy in spending quality time with family and friends, exploring her artistic talents, attending live music events, and enjoying the outdoors!
